Release 2022.12
eCommerce
Add to cart performance improvements
An enhancement was completed in the previous release which improved Add to Cart performance in several components in the application. This addition now extends the improvement to the Bill of Materials page and the Upsell (You may also like) row of products.
When the user clicks Add to Cart from these pages, they will see an immediate or near immediate confirmation that the item was added, even when many products are already present in the Cart.
Font size and spacing adjustments to improve SEO score
Font size and spacing have been slightly increased on the Shop for Parts page so that certain touch elements on the screen can be tapped without also tapping a neighboring element.
Disabling re-order for service contract orders
After a service contract order is placed, the standard re-order link is now hidden on the order confirmation page. The link is also not available in purchase history for service contract orders. The re-order link is intended to duplicate standard orders and takes the user back to the standard cart page. This workflow is not applicable to service contract orders.
We are very excited to present the new features and enhancements available in our next release. As a reminder, the Equip360 solution is highly configurable and some features can be turned on or off according to your business needs. Some features may require a new level of integration.
If you have any questions about any of the features described below, please contact your Customer Success person.

Bill of Material - Mobile view
The BOM equipment detail page is now responsive to mobile screen size to improve the user experience and access to the features and links on the page.

Analytics
Changing Name on Analytic Product Navigation
Starting November 30th, the Product navigation has changed from BI Tunnel to Custom Reporting.
None of the functionality will be changing.
Warranty
Excel download of warranty claim data
On the Warranty Home page, a link has been added to give users the ability to download a file of warranty claim data. The functionality is very similar to the Excel download currently available on the Purchase History page. The file is in Excel format and divided into two tabs.
The first tab contains high-level claim information, and the second tab contains all the line item parts and expenses that exist within each of the claims. If a user applies any filter to the warranty claims data prior to downloading the file, the downloaded file will honor the results of the filtering. If multiple pages of warranty claims data are present, the Excel file will contain the complete dataset and is not limited to what is displayed on the first page in Equip360.
