Equip360 Release 2022.4

How it Works

We are very excited to present the new features and enhancements available in our next release.  As a reminder, the Equip360 solution is highly configurable and some features can be turned on or off according to your business needs.  Some features may require a new level of integration.

Configure your Equipment

The Product Configurator is an interactive feature that allows a user to make selections that are needed to custom build a product. 

Products that are customizable will display a “Build and Buy” button that the user must select before the item can be added to a cart.   


Inside the configuration tool, the shopper is presented with a series of questions showing available product options. 


Once the user completes the process of designing the product to desired specifications, the product can be added to a cart and purchased.

Create and Manage your configurator

The configuration options can be managed within the admin portal or part of an integration with your ERP.

When managed within Admin, the administrator can create one or multiple sections and each section can consists of a group of questions and answers.

The Administrator has full flexibility to create, remove, and change the order of the sections and the questions. The sections and questions can be maintained in multiple languages.


Create and Manage Configurator Rules

The Administrator also has the flexibility to create rules to dynamically change what the shopper sees based on previous selections.

Based on the selection from the previous question, the rules allow Administrators to:

  • hide an entire question

  • show an entire new question

  • change image based on the selection made

  • dynamically change a question from mandatory to optional

  • filter values to relevant options  


Product Enhancements

Searching capability added when setting a default ship-to address - When setting a default ship-to address in a user’s account details, address search functionality has been added for all fields.  The full address information is displayed so that the user can correctly identify and select their desired default ship-to address. 

Bug Fix

  • The corporate logo is now correctly visible on emails informing users of a registration approval


  • Correct product quantity is now displayed in the cart while in tabular view


  • Double-digit product quantities are now correctly sorting numerically in order history 


  • Fixing multiple F-SELECT functionality for facets

Technology - Search upgrade

By upgrading to the latest version of facet search across the multiple pages of Equip360

  • by using the latest version

  • adding functionality on "spelling mistake"; when shopper enters a description that contains a spelling mistake, the search will return results that applies to the correct spelling
