Additional information added to ship-to email

The configuration initiates an email to the site administrator whenever a user enters a new ship-to address to be saved for later use. These email notifications now include the customer number and purchase order number in the subject line.
This enhancement provides administrators with a quicker way to recognize the updates required for their internal systems, ensuring the new ship-to address is stored and accessible for the user's future needs.

Interactive Parts Manuals
Ability to view individual item previews when multiple parts are tied to the same hotspot

The Bill of Materials page features part images with interactive hotspots. Some hotspots can be associated with multiple parts. Previously, selecting a hotspot would highlight all linked parts, but only the first part had an accessible item preview. This left the remaining parts inaccessible, preventing users from accessing supplemental notes or information available in the preview.
With this enhancement, users can now select each linked part within a hotspot to access individual item previews. This change offers a more comprehensive engagement with hotspot-linked parts, ultimately improving user experience and understanding.

Clickable assembly names expand child items

The Bill of Materials page now allows assemblies in the left navigation panel to be expanded or collapsed simply by clicking on the assembly’s name. This convenient action, previously achievable only by clicking a small symbol next to the assembly’s name, streamlines the process and enhances user experience.
Pan selected by default on page load for 2D images

Upon loading a 2D part image on the Bill of Materials page, the pan functionality is now automatically activated by default. This eliminates the need for users to manually select the pan option before being able to navigate the image.
We are very excited to present the new features and enhancements available in our next release. As a reminder, the Equip360 solution is highly configurable and some features can be turned on or off according to your business needs. Some features may require a new level of integration.

Warranty
Unit history Excel download
The Unit History link in the warranty module provides dealers with a comprehensive historical overview of past warranty claims that have been filed. Dealers can now download an Excel file of historical warranty claims related to specific equipment.
By utilizing this feature, dealers can review a detailed record of issues and resolutions, providing them with valuable insights into the machine's repair history. Additionally, they can track the components that have been replaced over time. The warranty claim data available in this download does not include rates or pricing that other dealers have included in their claims.

Claims searchable by work shop order number

Warranty claim search capabilities have been expanded to allow users to retrieve warranty claims based on the specific Work Shop Order associated with the claim. This added search capability can be combined with other search fields to yield the desired results. It's important to note that this search operates on an exact match basis, much like the other fields available.
Character limit removal for custom MRR and Registration checkboxes

The character limit has been removed from the checkbox section of the MRR and Registration forms so that all of the requirements to complete the documentation can be included and customized without any constraints.
